We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased through BilgeStore. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- All purchases are processed through Gumroad, and refunds follow their standard process.
Digital Products
All products sold on BilgeStore are digital goods (software, templates, source code, and digital tools). Since digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are granted based on customer satisfaction. After a refund is issued, access to the product will be revoked.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
- The product was purchased with a promotional discount of 50% or more.
- Evidence of misuse or redistribution of the product is found.
